About the event
This training explores how the words we use, the expectations we set, and the daily routines we create can either build a deep sense of belonging or unintentionally signal “you don’t fully belong here.” Caregivers will learn practical, trauma-informed strategies to move children from feeling like temporary visitors to feeling seen, valued, and securely connected as part of the family.
